​Changes in the overall house elevations, including color changes, must be reviewed and approved by the Committee.


If you would like to make a change to the exterior of your home or add something to your yard that is visible from street or lake view, you must first complete the Architectural Review process. We strive to make this process easy for you, while maintaining the character of the neighborhood.

The Architectural Committee is responsible for the review and approval of additions, alteration, or changes to exterior structures in accordance with the ​ Restrictions attached to all deeded property in North Springs Subdivision: 

​No building, fence or structure of any kind shall be erected, placed or altered on the lot hereby conveyed until the building plans, specifications, design and plot plan showing the location of the building, fence of structure on this lot have been approved by the Grantor, or an architectural committee appointed or approved by Grantor, in writing, as to conformity in size, type and quality, and as to harmony of design with existing structures in the area, and as to location of the building, fence or structure with respect to topography and finished ground elevations. 

The process to get approval for such an exterior change or additional structure is as follows:

Complete the ARC Request Form. There is an online webform and a pdf that can be printed.​

The Architectural committee will meet not more than 1 month after receiving completed form.


The Architectural committee will notify requester of the decision by email.


If the homeowner does not agree with the Architectural Committee decision, he/she can appeal the decision to the NSPOA Board of Directors through email to board@northspringsneighbors.com or by mail to:

The NSPOA Board of Directors will meet not more than 1 month after receiving an appeal.


​The NSPOA president will send an email and call you with the NSPOA Board’s decision.
