North Springs has two storage areas that residents can use. Each has an agreement that must be read, signed and turned in to the Board before a key for the gate may be issued. While the NSPOA currently locks these areas, we strongly encourage you do lock your property as well.

One area is for RV's, licensed vehicles that are not in use, trailers, and boats that can not be used on Lake Napier.

One area is for small boats, such as john boats, kayaks and canoes.
